How long will my order take to get to me?
Items in stock (or on-demand) typically ship within 48 business hours. Shipping times can vary, but products are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days of shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
All on-demand orders are final and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting the order. On-demand shipping order can not be changed.
Can I change my garment size?
Unfortunately, items produced on demand cannot be exchanged for a different size.
What is the return policy?
On-demand products cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Are there additional shipping costs for international orders?
Shipping is US only.
How do I track my order?
As soon as a tracking number is available, you will receive a notification via email. This email will include the tracking number for your order, where you can see the latest fulfillment status of your products.
